Parata Difference

Parata is committed to providing pharmacy automation that helps your business continuously raise the bar on safety and convenience throughout the lifecycle of your business.

Installation and Training
Our commitment begins the moment you sign a contract. Parata's installation and training teams work closely with your pharmacy team to ensure a smooth installation and help employees quickly gain competence and confidence with our automation.

Customer Satisfaction
We stay in regular touch with our customers, answering questions and providing free upgrades as we identify improvements; thus our field units are even better today than the day they were installed.

Our strong commitment to customer satisfaction also helps us improve as a company. Our customers provide valuable feedback and direction about product enhancements, new pharmacy automation products and service needs.

Call Center
Parata's call center is available seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET. Our team's extensive training and experience resolve 65 percent of issues without on-site support.

Field Service
Parata's field service engineers are deployed across the country, an average of just two hours from any customer. When a system is non-operational, we guarantee on-site service within 24 hours, although our average response time is far less.

Predictive Diagnostics
Parata remotely monitors all Parata RDS units in the field, and flags any unit that exceeds specified performance parameters. This helps Parata identify and resolve many issues before they lead to downtime.

Improving the Circle of Pharmacy Care
Parata Systems was founded in 2001 by pharmacy automation experts who looked at the state of the industry and saw an opportunity for change.

Today Parata leads the pharmacy automation industry with technology solutions that help pharmacies improve safety and convenience for customers at key touch points in the circle of pharmacy care: Fill, Serve and Adhere.

Durham, N.C.-based Parata is also a leading regional business with more than 500 employees and is recognized as 2006 Growth Company of the Year by the NCTA 21 (North Carolina Technology Association Awards).
